A Paris message states that diplomatic circles learn that Signor Mussolini and Baron von Neurath have evolved an Italo-German mlUtary accord under which Germany will guarantee the Italian frontier at the Brenner Pass. It is surmised that Italy will consent to the German plans for a German-Austrian union. Report Denied According to a message from Rome the reports of a military accord are discounted. It is contended that both Italy and Germany desire to retain liberty of action.
