LEATHER SHORTAGE
SKINS OF ALL ANIMALS MUST BE SAVED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph- Copyright BERLIN, May 6 Owing to the shortage of leather the Government has decreed that the bodies of all cattle, horses, dogs, sheep and pigs must be skinned and made available for the leather industry.
