DRIVER IMPRISONED By Telegranh Pre»« A<«ociar|n* WELLINGTON, May 6. A sentence of three months' imprisonment with hard labour on each of three charges was imposed by Mr E. D. Mosley. S.M., on John Bourne Bayliss, aged 30, a driver, for obtaining money from the Labour Department by stating that his earnings were nil whereas he was in regular employment. It was stated that from November till the end of January he obtained about £25 from the Department. His earnings in the same period were £54/16/8.
