NEW PRINCIPAL APPOINTED Briilsb Ottlcia) Wireless (Received March 19, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 18. The Senate of the University of London has appointed Mr Herbert Lightfoot Eason, superintendent and senior opthalmic surgeon at Guy’s Hospital, to the post of Principal of the University from July 1, 1937, to September 30, 1941. Mr Eason has been superintendent of Guy’s Hospital since 1920. He has held many other medical and academic posts.
