MOVEMENT TO FORM UNION By Telegraph - - Pies Association AUCKLAND, March 19. A movement is ou foot in the dairying districts of Auckland province to assist in the organisation of a New Zealand Sharemilkers’ Union in an effort to negotiate with regard to wages and conditions of work. Meetings are to be held throughout the Waikato to discuss the scheme. The Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council decided that all milk bars must be licensed as from April 1. A fee of 5/- annually will be charged. The bars will then be subject to inspection by milk council inspectors.
