AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGES (Received March 12. 9.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 12. All stocks affected by the metal price movements were particularly active on the Stock Exchange to-day. There was a considerable irregularity among industrials, but price changes were only minor. The turnover generally was smaller. Morning Sales Commonwealth Bonds:
