I LANCASHIRE SPICE NUTS 11b flour, ilb butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, lib sugar, 1 egg, loz caraway seeds, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon spice, 3oz peel. Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg, then add rest of ingredients and put in spoonfuls on a cold tray.
