* I:—Letters must he written in ink on one side of paper only, and £ ♦ must not exceed 350 words. 5 4* <• •> 2:—Circlians must write name, age and address on Every contribution. <• 3:—Circlians may send one letter, one poem, one story and one draw- a j ing a month. ♦ ❖ 4:—A Special Merit Card will be given when Circlians win 25 Marks, ❖ T and a Prize when they win 50 Marks. * * s:—Contributions must Always be marked “Original" or “Copied.” ♦ *
