NEW GOVERNOR FOR BRITISH GUIANA British Official Wireless RUGBY, January 29 The King has approved the appointment of Sir Wilfred Jackson, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Mauritius, as Governor and Commander-in-Chief of British Guiana, in succession to Sir Stafford Northcote, recently appointed to Hongkong.
