CAR HITS LORRY

THREE PERSONS HURT By Telegraph Press Association DUNEDIN, January 30. Three men, one of whom is seriously injured, are in the Milton Hospital as the result of a motor-car crashing into a stationary lorry near Milton on Thursday night. The car was being driven by Mr Barnard Walter Tremaine, a cartage contractor, of Owaka, who sustained concussion and facial injury. Mr David Pullar, a farmer at Owaka, suffered facial injury, a broken collarbone and concussion. Mr Alfred Beck, of Auckland, received facial injuries. The three men were returning to Owaka after attending the Forbury trots. The car crashed into the lorry which was standing on its correct side.
