The National Mortgage and Agency’s dividend, which is subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual meeting in London on February 24 will be 5 per cent, per annum for the year ended September 30, 1936, together with a bonus of 11 per cent., making a total of 61 per cent, for the year. Elder, Smith and Co., Ltd., announce an interim dividend of 6 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended December 31, 1936.
