DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENTS By leleeraph Pihsf Association WELLINGTON, January 30 Broken Hill South, Limited, announce a dividend of 1/- a share. The National Mortgage and Agency’s dividend, which is subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual meeting in London on February 24 will be 5 per cent, per annum for the year ended September 30, 1936, together with a bonus of 11 per cent., making a total of 61 per cent, for the year. Elder, Smith and Co., Ltd., announce an interim dividend of 6 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended December 31, 1936. Gillespie's Beach reports that the return for the week amounted to 790 z Bdwt for 128 hours’ dredging. The Walpapa Beach wash-up for 124 hours’ dredging totalled 28oz sdwt.
