FOR THE SKIN TWO REFRESHING BATHS A tomato bath will be a rare treat for your skin, and it will cause all sallowness to disappear. The bath is easy to make and is very inexpensive. You will neel three thoroughly ripe tomatoes. Cut them in halves and Squeeze them to extract all the juice. To each tablespoon of juice add ten drops of eau de cologne, and then add the whole to your usual bath water. Strawberry juice has excellent qualities for refreshing, refining, and whitening the skin. And it is very soothing to wind-scorched skins. Carry out the pack in the following manner. Cleanse the face thoroughly as usual with a cleansing cream, remove the surplus cream and dirt, and then smear lightly with a thin cold cream. While this cream is on the face, crush a dozen or more strawberries and soak a piece of muslin in the juice. When the muslin is thoroughly saturated, lay it on the face so that not the slightest vestige of skin can be seen, and then lie down for fifteen minutes. Remove the muslin and surplus cream and then apply your make-up in the usual way.
