COMPETITORS’ COLD DRIVE British Official Wireless (Received January 29, 6.30 pan.) x RUGBY, January 28. After a cold drive from the north all the Monte Carlo motor rally competitors who started from John tf Groats and from Doncaster, numbering 16, reached Folktstone early to-day safely, and later crossed to Boulogne in a north-easterly storm. Three women are among the competitors.
