WORKERS’ DELEGATE
GENEVA LABOUR CONFERENCE For the position of workers’ delegate to attend the International Labour Conference at Geneva in June, 16 nominations have been received by the Labour Department. Two nominations have been made for the position of employers’ representative. The two delegates, one for the workers and one for the employers, will leave for Geneva about the middle of April. The nominations submitted by labour unions throughout New Zealand are as follows : G. R. Clark, Wellington. A. W. Croskery, Wellington. J. Tucker, Wellington. P. E. Warner, Wellington. W. J. Rogers, Wanganui. W. A. Greig. Auckland. J. T. Jennings, Auckland. J. Purtell, Auckland. F. G. Young, Auckland. E. B. Fitzpatrick, Blenheim. F. J. Turley, Greymouth. G. Manning, Christchurch. E. J. Dash, St. Andrews (South Canterbury). W. Herbert, Dunedin. J. Robinson, Dunedin. The employers’ nominees are:— W. E. Anderson, Auckland. J. Heaton Barker. Auckland
