OATMEAL LOTION
Procure some toilet oatmeal and a cake of white soap. Shred the soap into small flakes and place one tablespoonful of tffe oatmeal and half a teaspoonful of the soap in a small square of butter mpslin. Tie this into a small bag. Throw the bag into a quart of hot water, and when the water has cooled down to blood temperature, squeeze the bag out and wash the face thoroughly with it in place of the usual soap. Then rinse the face well with the milky wa V: As a P° wder foundation the dry-skinned person should use A ftftt too greasy based cold cream.
