GREAT TENNIS PLAYER.— W. T. Tilden, former amateur champion of the world, who it is stated still retains much of his former brilliance on the court. Playing at Tampa (Florida) early this week he befeated Vincent Richards 6—3, 6—1 in an exhibition match. Tilden is leader of the professional team of which F. J. Perry is now a member.
