The Berlin correspondent of "The Morning Post” says: “All Germany has been ordered to listen-in to Hen Hitler’s speech on January 30. All activity must cease from 1 to 4 pan. Exception will be made only if urgent State reasons render the cessation of work impossible. All Government and public buildings will be decorated with swastika flags, which every tierman must display prominently from tha housetop or front window The speech is expected to be tha longest that Hitler has ever delivered, RAILWAY ORDER GERMAN SUCCESS IN SOUTH AFRICA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 27, 10.55 p.m.) CAPETOWN, January 27.
