SAIL AND SCREW. — Commercial sailing craft have not entirely disappeared from the sea but may still be seen plying a coastal trade in timber and livestock. These auxiliary scows, moored at a Wellington wharf, are of the same type as those which of late, have seen accident and tragedy.
