LOWENBERG TAKES HANDICAP By Telegraph—Press association PALMERSTON NTH., December 29. The Manawatu Racing Club’s summer meeting concluded in fine breery weather after overnight rain. The course was slow. The totalisator handled £20,105/10/-, making £86,526 10/- for the meeting against £56,707 last year, an increase of £29,819/10/-.
