INTRUDER FOUND UNDER BED By Telegraph —Press Association AUCKLAND, December 24. A woman, residing in a city flat, after retiring shortly after midnight, felt a movement beneath her bed. She called her sister, and they found a man under the bed. He said he had got into the wrong flat, and left quietly. When a constable arrived he found Horace Gordon Fisher (30), taxi driver and labourer, who was charged at the Police Court this morning, with being a rogue and vagabond, and further with resisting a constable in the execution of his duty.

At the request of the police, the accused was remanded for medical examination.
