GERMAN PROTEST TO NORWAY “OUTSIDE THE REALMS OF POLITICS” United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright (Received November 27, 7.50 p.m.) OSLO, November 27. Dr Sahm, German Minister to Norway, lodged a protest at the Foreign Office from Herr Hitler against the Nobel prize award. The Foreign Minister (Dr Koht) intimated that the Nobel Committee was independent of the Government, and outside any influence which might be exerted.
