GALLI CURCI SINGS FOLLOWING OPERATION United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 25, 11.0 p.m.) CHICAGO, November 25. Madame Amelita Galli Curci, who underwent an operation in August, 1935, made a new debut in grand opera as "Mimi” in “La Boheme,” not, however, the critics said, with the impeccable, bewitching voice with which she achieved world fame at Chicago in 1916. A capacity audience, however, gave her a cordial reception.
