MISSIONARIES ON FURLOUGH By Telegraoh—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, November 25. Steps to “safeguard missionaries while in New Zealand on furlough” are to be taken by the Missions Committee of the Presbyterian Assembly. “Any missionary who is home on furlough from a foreign field seems to be fair game for the church and cultural organisations,” said the Rev F. H. Wilkinson. The Rev F. W. Robertson was appointed clerk to the Assembly, vice, the Rev J. H. Mackenzie retired.
