AFTERNOON TEA PARTY

Mr and Mrs Donald Burnett, Te Akatarawa Station entertained a number of their friends at afternoon tea In honour of their daughter, Miss Marawill Burnett whose marriage to Mrs R. Hassall, England, takes place shortly in Timaru. Large bowls of pink japonica and cream blossom were used to decorate the spacious rooms and hall of the attractive old homestead.
