LATEST ADVICES The only vessel to arrive at Timaru during the week-end was the Blue Star line motor ship Napier Star, which reached port from Napier on Saturday morning. She is berthed at No. 3 wharf where she is loading for London and West Coast ports of the United Kingdom. She should sail for Wellington this evening. The Karu will load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth at this port to-morrow. She is due in the evening from Oamaru and should get away later In the night via Lyttelton. The Holmdale is to load Wellington, Picton and Wanganui cargo here tomorrow. She will arrive from Oamaru and is scheduled to proceed to Lyttelton the same night.

The Gale is due on Wednesday for Wellington and Wanganui loading. Wairangi Leaves Suva The Shaw, Savill and Albion motorship Wairangi cleared Suva on Wednesday in continuation of her voyage from London to Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff and Timaru. She is due at Lyttelton to-day. The New Zealand Star The Blue Star Line motor-ship New Zealand Star was to leave Liverpool for New Zealand, via South Africa, on Saturday. She is due in New Zealand about November 13 to load for Great Britain. Steamers from New York The City of Delhi is to leave New York for New Zealand on November 23, and she will be followed by the City of Birmingham, which is scheduled to sail on December 16, and is due at Auckland about January 17.
