RIFLE SHOOTING The Orari Ladies’ Miniature Rifle Club held its last shoot in the hall on Monday. The gold button was won by Mrs W. Watson. The scores were: Mrs Watson 75, Mrs L. Henderson 73, Mrs G. A. Henderson 73, Mrs Wright 73, Miss K. Flowers 72, Miss M. Stevens 72, Miss D. Williams 68. At the final shoot of the Orari Men’s Miniature Rifle Club, held on Monday evening, the trophy given by Mr R. Hendry was won by A. England. L. Wood won the gold button. E. R. O'Neill was the winner of the gold button for the season and R. Davies was the winner of the silver button. Scores were: L. Wood 79, A. England 79, C. Gould 78, A. Earl 77, L. Davies 77, E. W. Gilder 76, E. R. O’Neill 75, G. A. Henderson 74, R. Rodger 73, S. Henderson 70, B. Hewson 60.
