ASCOT STAKES INCREASED FOE CORONATION MEETING
United Press Association—P.y Telegraph - Copyright (Received September 29. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 28 To mark the Coronation meeting at Ascot, the authorities will increase he Gold Cup by £2250. The prize money is now approximately £BOOO for the first horse, £l5OO for second, and £750 for third.
