PRITTLE PRATTLE WINS ZETLAND STAKES United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 23, 8.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 23. At the Victoria Park races to-day, principal interest centred in the Zetland Stakes, in which a number of Epsom candidates were engaged. The race resulted: ZETLAND STAKES, Of 1 mile. Prittle Prattle, 7.7 (W. Cook) .. .. 1 Silver Standard, 7.5 (Knox) 2 Cid, 8.5 (Richards) 3 Twelve started, including Gay Sheik (fourth) and Panax (eleventh). Won by threequarters of a length; two and a half lengths between second and third. Time, Imin 37sec. Golden Gate was second in the first division of the Flying Handicap, in which Prince Pombal was unplaced. Capris was second in the second division, in which the joint Epsom favourite, Gay Lover, was fourth. Hands Up was third anef Cerne Abbas and Raepata were unplaced in the Novice Handicap, which was won by The Athenian. After the last-named had been cut off at the start, he scored an impressive win. Happy Landing was unplaced in ths Victoria Park Handicap.
