The air pioneer, M. Breguet, speaking on behalf of the Government aeronautic mission on its return from Moscow, after an inspection of the air air industry, says that 5000 ’planes are annually being built in Russia, where 200,000 specialists are working day and night to ensure the aerial supremacy of Russia, which, with tenfold France’s workers, is constructing twentyfold more aeroplanes. One factory with 25,000 workers produces daily four bi-motored bombers. The Nizhniy Novgorod plant builds five pursuit planes daily and 24 ton quadrlmotors are being built in a series.
