TWO CHOPPING-BOARDS
An excellent idea is to have two | chopping-boards instead of one. One •
should be kept for sweet things, such as cherries, almonds, angelica, etc., and the other for savoury. Onion flavouring is removed from wood only with difficulty, and this method will ensure that no trace of it gets into sweets and puddings.
