FARMERS’ UNION MEETING On Tuesday evening a lecture was given by Mr A. Ward of Southburn, in the Howard Hall, in connection with the Farmers’ Union. Mr Charles was in the chair. Mr A. B. Struthers also gave a talk. At the conclusion of the meeting the chairman thanked the speakers for the interesting talks they had given.
