MAN DROWNED IN SWOLLEN CREEK United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received July 21, 55 pm.) SYDNEY, July 21. Heavy and continuous rain in southern New South Wales has caused floodings in some Rlverina towns. Arthur Street, a local contractor, was drowned to-day when his sulky overturned in the flooded Bong Bong creek at Koorawatha. Heavy rain has also been experienced in Victoria.
