CONFERENCE OF LEISURE AND RECREATION British Official Wireless (Received July 19, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, July 18. A world congress on leisure and recreation is to be held at Hamburg and Berlin from July 23 to July 30, In response to an invitation from the German Government. The British Government has appointed Sir Noel Curtis Bennett, vicechairman of the Civil Service Sports Council, as official delegate.
