VICTORY FOR BLOMFIELD By Telegraph—Press Association WANGANUI, July 8. Lofty Blomfield beat Harry Kent in the sixth round. Kent obtained a fall in the fifth round with a body press after a complete spin of his opponent in a full nelson. Blomfield came out in the next round and 50 seconds after the gong had Kent submitting to an octopus death clamp. Kent refused to continue in the seventh round. The bout was noted for its action, both contestants roughing it rather well.
