DAY EARLIER THIS MONTH By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, June 16. The paying out day of State pensions falls this month on Tuesday, June 23, which, being the King’s Birthday is a public holiday. The Mini' 1 ,r of Pensions (Hon. W. E. Parry) stated to-night that arrangements had been made for State pensioners to receive the amounts to which they were entitled on Monday, June 22. “This concession, made possible by the pensions authorities,” said Mr Parry, “will be, I know, warmly appreciated by pensioners."
