ITALY’S PLANS FOR RETALIATION United Press Association—By Klectrto Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 9, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 8. One hundred Italian delegates, under instructions from the National Trade Organisation which disapproves of sanctions, boycotted the Oxy-acetylene Welding Congress in London, whose British members were anxious M repay the lavish hospitality extended to them in Rome in 1934. All the Italians refused the invitations, ironically suggesting that Haile Selassie should be invited.
