FATALITY IN FACTORY By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, June 9. Fatal injuries were suffered by John Albert McLeod, aged 55, married, of Mount Albert, when he was struck by a piece of glass at the workshops of D. S. C. and Cousins, Limited, motor body builders, this afternoon. McLeod was lying beneath a motor bus when a glass panel above him was broken and a jagged splinter of glass struck him in the neck, severing an artery. Although the bleeding was stopped, McLeod failed to rally and died in hospital.
