“DELAYED ACTION” IN LOSS OF SIGHT Brittst} Offlclal tVlrelew (Received February 11, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 10. A man who has just lost his sight, as a result of being gassed at the Battle of Arras in 1917, was admitted to St. Dunstan’s Home for Blinded Soldiers over the week-end. This is the fifteenth case admitted during the last two years of “delayed action” in blindness due to mustard gas.
