VOTING IN ROSS-CROMARTY BY-ELECTION British Official Wireless (Received February 11, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 10. Polling took place to-day in the byelection in Ross-Cromarty, but the result will not be known till late tomorrow night, owing to the remoteness of many parts of the constituency, from Dingwall, where the count will be made.
