EGYPT SEEKS CLOSER ASSOCIATION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 11, 5.5 p.m.) CAIRO, February 10. The Government is negotiating with the Suez Canal Company to secure Egyptians to be nominated on the Board, on which, at present, there is no Egyptian director. The Government also urges that a percentage of Egyptians should be on the staff, which is almost exclusively French. The»e is •very hope of an early agreement.
