MONGOL LEADER MURDERED United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 27, 7.20 p.m.) LONDON, January 26 “The Times” correspondent at Peking says the murder of a Mongol leader named Ni, near Chiangpei, has increased the tension in Chahar. Travellers from Chahar report that the Mongol leaders assisted by Manchukuo troops occupied nearly all the province north of the Great Wall, and have established an Independent regime with headquarters at Chiangpei.
