UNCERTIFIED TEACHERS TO TAKE CHARGE By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 25. The Minister of Education (Hon. P. Fraser) stated to-day that the resignations of teachers of Grade O schools did not mean that these schools would be closed. Teachers from these schools were required in higher grades because of the re-entry of five-year-olds, and small schools would be staffed by uncertified teachers now unemployed.
