POST OFFICE HOLD-UP
THEFT OF CASH BOX United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, January 9. Two masked men entered the South Melbourne Post Office, held up the Postmaster and his assistant, and escaped with a cashbox containing £45.
While one robber seized the strongroom keys from a desk, the other locked two postal officials in a rear room and threatened to shoot them if they called for assistance.
