NEW HEADMASTER ARRiyES By Telegraph— Press Association WELLINGTON, December' 17. The new headmaster of the Wanganui Collegiate School, Mr F. W- Gilligan, and his wife and three children arrived in the Rangitane from London to-night. He said he had already heard a great deal about New Zealand from Collegiate oid boys and from his brother Harold, who captained the M.C.C. team in the Dominion in 193132. He preferred not to discuss education and his plans for the school until he had first learned something Of education and its aspirations in New Zealand. He mentioned having seen the recent All Blacks match with Oxford which he described as the most exciting and best rugby match he had ever seen.
