The new Canadian High Commissioner, Mr Vincent Massey, at a welcome dinner, suggested that representative Government officers should be exchanged between the Dominions, which have no direct relations with one another, except through their representatives in London. “Surely too little is known by any Dominion of what is going on in the sister States. Doubtless simple machinery will eventually be designed to meet the need.”
