The Dessie correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph says: The Emperor, Haile Selassie, has arrived. He was enthusiastically welcomed at the northern front headquarters. The Emperor reiterated that if necessary he would Join his warriors in the line. Monks and priests led the natives singing the Psalms of David throughout the night, prior to Haile Selassie’s arrival.
