STRONG SUPPORT FOR MR HUGHES United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received November 7, 10.55 p.m.) CANBERRA, November 7. “The Sun” representative at Canberra says that friends of Mr W. M. Hughes in the Government intend to seek reconsideration of his case with a view to his return to the Cabinet. It is understood that there is a large body of public opinion, including returned soldiers, in Australia on Mr Hughes's side, and the Prime Minister (Mr J. A. Lyons) received a number of protests against what is described as a precipitate action in excluding him from the Ministry.
