AUSTRO-GERMAN AGREEMENT United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, November 5. The Austro-German barter agreement, includes exchanges of fuel and fertiliser, for 70 trucks of butter, and also milk and livestock. Meanwhile butter queues are stopping traffic. Two hundred women were embroiled in a free fight outside a West End shop. The shortages are extending throughout the country. Eggs are obtainable only if five fresh and five preserved are bought.
