Mackinnon, the late chairman of the Victoria Racing Club, left an estate valued at £46,000. JOCKEY INVOLVED IN CAR ACCIDENT United Press Association B.v Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received October 24, 10.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 24. The jockey R. Parsons, who will ride Allunga in the Melbourne Cup, was involved in a car accident near Parramatta to-day. The car somersaulted three times but Parsons escaped with a severe shaking. He is proceeding to Melbourne to-night.
