MISAPPROPRIATION
ACCOUNTANT COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, July 19. Henry Frederick George Cox, for 36 years accountant to the firm of J. J. Niven and Company, Ltd., pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court today to the theft of £557/1/2, the property of the firm. It was alleged that the misappropriations had taken place from November last year till June this year. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
